It’s that time of year again: the VILLIGER 1492 Discovery Edition ship is ready to begin its voyage! The VILLIGER 1492 Discovery Edition first came ashore in 2023 and quickly smoked its way to aficionados’ hearts. A classic Robusto is now following last year’s Toro format.

Once again, the cigar box is adorned with a painting by an artist who impressively captures the voyage of Columbus’ three ships (the Santa Maria, Pinta, and Niña).
Inside the box are 20 handmade premium long-filler cigars in Robusto format with a gold-rimmed double band. A silky matt Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper envelops each cigar in a picturesque manner. The filler and binder come from the Dominican Republic, giving this edition its smooth character.
The first delivery of 1,400 crates will reach Europe this summer. The German and Swiss markets will receive priority.
